Refund & Replacement Policy

1. No Refund Policy

• All sales are final.
• We strictly do not issue refunds under any circumstances.

2. Replacement Eligibility

A product is eligible for replacement if:

• The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
• The issue is reported to us within 5 hours of delivery.
• The product is unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received.
• The product is returned with original packaging, tags, and receipt/proof of purchase.

3. Non-Replaceable Items

The following items are not eligible for replacement:

• Perishable goods (fruits, vegetables, dairy, bakery, etc.).
• Hygiene-related items (personal care, cosmetics, opened consumables, etc.).
• Customized or made-to-order products.
• Products reported after the 8-hour window.

Any misuse of the replacement policy (e.g., false claims, intentional damage, repeated abuse) may result in:

• Rejection of replacement requests.
• Suspension or termination of the user account.
• Legal action if deemed necessary.
